We don't ship to many high-risk countries. When you checkout and provide your address details, you will see which countries we ship to.

What if my order does not arrive?
The risk of orders getting lost in the international mail system is very low (less than 1%). We offer you a delivery guarantee - your order will be sent one more time or we will reimburse you in the unlikely event that your shipment fails to reach you, provided the delivery details you supplied when ordering were correct. This applies if your order does not reach you within 30 days of being dispatched. If you have any questions about delivery which are not answered on our site, please don't hesitate to contact us.

What if my order is delayed at customs?
If your order is held up at customs and you do not receive your order, please contact us and we will reship your order at our expense or if you cannot wait for the reshipment we may return your money.

Why didn't I receive my overnight order the next day? Is it 24-hour delivery?
We do have Overnight shipping for certain products and it is 24-hour delivery service, but it takes from 12 to 48 hours to process an order.

Can I make an overnight order outside the USA?
No, Overnight and USPS Priority Mail shipping are available only for the US customers.
